Daily Raffle!
Every player in the National Open is automatically entered in a free raffle just before
each evening round. Prizes include books, chess computers and the grand prize
of a round trip domestic air fare and entry to the 2009 National Open.
Daily Tournament Bulletins
With more games than ever, Grandmaster annotations, and more, the National
Open daily bulletins are a bargain $25 (full
sets only). The National Open is the only major weekend tournament with
daily bulletins ready during the first round each day. The last round bulletin can be picked up (or mailed) on Monday
morning.
Advance purchase includes the Tournament CD at no extra cost. On site, there
will be an additional charge of $10 to receive both daily and CD editions.
The CD will contain more games from the event in both ChessBase and
PGN format so you can use your favorite chess playing program to go over them.
It will also include all the daily bulletins (PDF format) which you
can print in color at home as well as hundreds of photographs from the event. CDs will be
mailed on Wednesday, June 11th.
