Make checks payable to the Vegas Chess Festivals, LLC. Please allow 10 business days for mailed entries to be processed.
Phone Entries
We do not have the ability to accept telephone entries at this time. If you are having difficulty entering call (702) 930-9550 and leave a detailed message, and we will get back to you. There is a $10 service charge for phone entries.
Refund Policy
Entry fees will be refunded if requested before the first round is paired. Memberships are not refundable. All refunds are subject to a service charge of $20. You may request a refund on our contact page. Please allow 5 business days (10 days as we get nearer to the event).
Deadlines
Fees increase after January 31, April 30, May 28, and June 4. On site entry fees may be even higher. Be sure to enter early.
Membership
Membership in the U.S. Chess Federation is required for all rated events except for foreign GMs or IMs. You may join with your entry or on site. Players will not be allowed to complete a tournament without a valid membership.
