How to Enter Enter On Line Advance Entries Reserve a Room

It's easy to register in advance for any event in the Las Vegas International Chess Festival.

Enter On Line Use the easy on line entry form and pay with your credit card or PayPal account. PayPal is our secure credit card processor, but you do not need a PayPal account to enter.

Make checks payable to the Vegas Chess Festivals, LLC. Please allow 10 business days for mailed entries to be processed.
Fax your Entry Just print the handy PDF Entry Form and fax it to (702) 933-9112. Please allow 5 business days for faxed entries to be processed.
Phone Entries We do not have the ability to accept telephone entries at this time. If you are having difficulty entering call (702) 560-0955 and leave a detailed message, and we will get back to you.
Refund Policy Entry fees will be refunded if requested before the first round is paired. Memberships are not refundable. All refunds are subject to a service charge of $15. You may request a refund on our contact page. Please allow 5 business days.
Deadlines Fees increase after May 16th and June 3rd. On site entry fees may be even higher. Be sure to enter early.
Membership in the U.S. Chess Federation is required for all rated events. You may join or renew on site, or at the USCF Web Store.
